4 Refined Design & Material Selection

Our designer will present refined design options, incorporating your feedback from the mood board. You’ll then collaborate with the designer to select final finishes, furniture, and bespoke joinery elements to bring your vision to life (if required).

5 Architectural Design & Drafting

Our team translates the chosen design into detailed architectural plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. These plans will be used for fitout construction and will reflect all the design decisions made collaboratively.

6 Bespoke Joinery & Project Management

Our experienced joiners will craft high-quality bespoke joinery elements to seamlessly integrate with the overall design. A dedicated project manager will oversee the entire process, ensuring everything stays on track, on budget, and meets your expectations.

7 Fitout & Quality Control

We’ll manage and coordinate all licensed trade contractors for the fitout, adhering to the approved plans. Rigorous quality control measures are implemented throughout the construction process to guarantee a flawless final product.

8 Delivery & Handover

We’ll deliver your final space, exceeding expectations in terms of design, functionality, and budget. A comprehensive handover process will ensure you understand the operation and maintenance of your new space.
